As we work on becoming a better version of The Ultimo you love, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please keep in mind:

• Pet Parents need a break too. From 1 July 2024, our pet friendly courtyard rooms will be under renovation, so please make other arrangements for your fur babies.
• Lifts will be strictly off limits from 24th September 2024. But don’t sweat it, our team’s on hand to help carry anything you need up to your room and back down to the lobby. If you have any further questions about your stay, feel free to give us a call on +61 2 9281 5555.
• We’ll try to keep it down. We’ll be hard at work between 9am and 4pm. But off the tools just in time for happy hour and a good night’s rest.
